Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable Goods: Items that cannot be returned for safety or health reasons.
  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable software, e-books, and online courses.
  • Gift Cards: Non-returnable once purchased.

3. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@infratech.co. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. For convenience, we can provide a prepaid shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, you may exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at contact@infratech.co to arrange an exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.

7. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may apply for returns that are not due to our error. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges or returns of defective products.

8. Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

9. International Returns

For international returns, you will be responsible for any shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
