INFRA™ Flat Iron 1-Year Limited Warranty

At INFRA™, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our hair styling tools. Our commitment to your satisfaction is reflected in our comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty, which ensures that your INFRA™ Flat Iron remains a reliable part of your beauty routine from the first curl to the last straight strand.

Duration and Scope of Warranty

This Limited Warranty extends for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and is valid only for INFRA™ Flat Irons. During this period, should your product fail to perform under normal use and service due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the defective product at our discretion.

Warranty Conditions

The following conditions apply for the warranty to be valid:

- The warranty is "carry-in," meaning that the responsibility for returning the product for service rests with the customer

- The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

- The warranty is non-transferable and is available only to the original purchaser.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

- Physical damage to the product after purchase.

- Issues resulting from modifications, unauthorized repairs, misuse, mishandling, negligence, or disassembly of the product.

- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
